I’m still playing with Craft Artist Platinum and I’ve been taking lots of pictures of flowers with my new camera and my smart phone.
I also just cleaned out my house and finally got rid of a bunch of fabric I’d collected and kept over the years. I’m really not going to be doing major sewing projects at this point and I was tired of having all this stuff taking up space.
I was hesitant to let it go until I had the brilliant idea of just taking pictures of it! That way, I’m not every really without that fabric, I can just use it digitally!
What a revelation that was!
I took a bunch of photos and then I dropped off two garbage bags full of fabric scraps to Goodwill today!
Here’s one of my little digital doodles. The fabric backdrop and the flowers are my own photos. Other elements are from other sources.
I call this ‘Grungy Dancer’ just because I put a scruffy overlay to rough it up a bit.
